Meet Dr. Dania Oramas, DDS – a dedicated and passionate general dentist whose journey in dentistry is marked by perseverance, excellence, and a lifelong commitment to care. Dr. Oramas’s dental career began with a distinguished graduation from the University of Havana in 1993, where she earned a gold degree, fueled by her childhood dream of entering the dental profession.

In 1995, Dr. Oramas, alongside her family, moved to the United States, determined to continue her dental practice. She initially worked as a dental assistant and also taught dental assistant courses at technical schools. This period was a stepping stone, as she diligently prepared for the U.S. national exams. Her hard work paid off when she started her studies at the University of Florida (UF) in 1998, culminating in her graduation as a dentist in the United States in 2000, with honors, proudly becoming a Florida GATOR.

Dr. Oramas spent a decade refining her skills and expertise as a general dentist associate in Hialeah, where she practiced all branches of dentistry. In 2010, she embarked on a new chapter by establishing Oramas Dental Center. The center, initially an orthopedic practice, was transformed through meticulous remodeling and renovation into the modern dental office it is today. Here, Dr. Oramas and her team offer a wide range of dental services with a blend of love and technology, catering to patients of all ages—from children as young as three years old to the elderly. The services include surgeries, prosthetics (both fixed and removable), root canal treatments, orthodontics, gum treatments, restorations, cosmetic dentistry, teeth whitening, implants, and more.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Oramas is a proud mother of two boys and an entrepreneurial woman who has been serving the community for over 27 years. With her extensive experience and commitment to continuous learning, Dr. Oramas strives to provide the best care for her patients and her family, embodying the spirit of excellence and compassion in dentistry.
